Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Customer Service – Bilingual starting pay:  $13.00 per hour plus eligible for monthly bonus.

Credit Management Company (CMC) is a full service accounts receivables company that has been in business for over 50 years providing superior customer service to our clients. Due to our continued growth and success we have immediate openings for dynamic, motivated individuals. We currently have opportunities for advancement within our organization for the right candidates interested in career advancement.

COMPENSATION: Outstanding compensation package including paid training, hourly wage, monthly bonus plan with benefits which includes health insurance, direct deposit, 401K  plan, paid vacation and paid holiday time along with free parking and monthly incentive contests. We also have an employee recreation room that includes cable tv, pool table, pinball machine, air hockey, skee ball & dart boards!

LOCATION: CRAFTON/GREENTREE AREA - FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE (40 HOURS PER WEEK). Flexible schedules between 8:00AM - 8:00PM Mon – Fri and not more than one Saturday a month from 8AM – 1PM.  The typical schedule is 8:00 – 4:30 between Mon – Fri.  After roughly 90-days, one afternoon shift is added during the week which you usually get to choose.  Example:  Mon – 11:30 – 8:00, Tue – Fri – 8:00 – 4:30.  An occasional Saturday may be required which could be a 4 or 6 hour work day.  When working the occasional Saturday, you choose a day to leave early.  Total work week = 40 hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide superior customer service over the phone while working to resolve and collect open A/R balances on patient accounts for CMC clients in a timely manner. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • - Excellent problem solving, customer service and communication skills
  • - Excellent organizational skills
  • - Computer skills
  • - Must be reliable, responsible, goal oriented and flexible
  • - Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

EXPERIENCE IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER OR MEDICAL, STUDENT LOANS, COMMERCIAL OR BANK CARD COLLECTIONS, IS A PLUS ***** BUT NOT REQUIRED *****CMC IS WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES.
