Pittsburgh, PA - Credit Management Company announces the hiring of Joel McKiernan as the new Vice President of Sales, replacing the recently retired Pat DiCenzo. Joel will be primarily responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships; as well as, expanding CMC's client base across all of our service lines.
McKiernan possesses over 22 years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle industry. Prior to joining CMC, he worked closely with industry leaders and held several senior level positions including employment as a General Manager for the nation's largest physician billing and accounts receivable management company; a Senior Consultant with a firm, which was subsequently purchased by McKesson Corporation; a National Director of Acquisitions for a medical debt buying company; and as a Vice President of Business Development for a global self-pay billing and Medicaid eligibility company.
He received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is also an active member of several industry organizations including AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management) and the HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association).
